Easy 30-Day Returns
We want you to love every item you purchase from Familywear.com. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Unwashed and with all tags attached
- In original packaging, if applicable
Please note: Final sale items, undergarments, and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Visit our Returns Center.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to schedule a doorstep pickup or drop-off.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for orders within the Bay Area. For orders outside the Bay Area, a small return shipping fee may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or item? Exchanges are easy and free within 30 days. Follow the same return steps and choose 'Exchange' when prompted.
